CHC Series Lab Type High Efficient Coater

When the coating cylinder rotates, it drives the pellet core to move continuously. The coating material is coated on the surface of the pellet core by peristaltic pump and high performance spray gun. Clean hot air is transferred to the coating machine by the air inlet handling unit to dry the coating drug, then the hot air is discharged through the exhaust processing unit. Through the accurate control of the whole coating process, a layer of dense, smooth and uniform coating film is formed on the surface of the drug core.
