Raman Spectrometer

The portable Raman spectrometer utilizes laser Raman spectroscopy analysis technology to perform fast identification and detection of various chemical reagents, drugs, explosives, hazardous chemicals, jewelry, raw and auxiliary materials, etc. It can accomplish detection on liquid and solid samples without damaging the integrity of the measured samples, offering specific names, material properties, and spectrums of the measured samples and generating a PDF report. The entire process typically takes only a few seconds.  Combined with the latest Raman surface-enhanced reagents or chips, it can perform quick detection of various API and excipients in pharmaceutical industry. The Raman spectrometer is compactly designed, structurally simple, and cost-effective.

One-click sampling and fast non-intrusive testing: samples can be tested through transparent or semi-transparent containers such as glass, plastic bags, and beverage bottles, without direct contact.

Adjustable laser power: multiple excitation light sources such as 785nm and 830nm are available, and the power can be automatically adjusted based on the corresponding sensitivity of substance signals.

High resolution and fingerprint specificity: it is easier to extract feature peaks and accurately determine customs codes, categories, and chemical components of the tested substances.

Multiple measurement modes: quick detection mode and precision detection mode, etc.

Optimized automatic mixture analysis algorithm: it allows for more efficient identification of mixtures.
