GHL(Z) High Shear Mixer / Wet Granulator

It works by using the intense agitation to make the materials do axial, radial and tangential movement, resulting in uniform mixing. Then, the materials will be cut into spherical particles by high-speed chopper.

The high shear mixer granulator adopts the traditional horizontal cylinder and cone structure, which has high tumbling efficiency and good material uniformity. The strong competitiveness of our wet granulator lies in higher production efficiency, higher yield, easy operation, better reproducibility and better uniformity. The produced particles have good uniformity, less fine powder and good fluidity.
