Low Shear Vertical Extruder and Spheronizer

Low shear vertical extruder and spheronizer mix the raw materials, auxiliary materials and binders uniformly. The mixed materials are extruded into columns, and then are cut into uniform and neat particles by cutting force, rotating force, centrifugal force formed by high-speed rotating gear plate. Particle size distribution of the pellets made by the extruder and spheronizer is uniform. These pellets have high strength, high density, high yield and high one-time qualified rate.

Based on unique low-shear technology, the machine is designed to reduce labor input and lower temperature, making it the ideal choice for heat-sensitive products. Provided with a variety of mesh sizes and configurations, it can be used to optimize particle size, surface quality and particle size distribution of the product.

Featuring smooth edges and tight-fitting friction wheels enable good spherical particles and uniform particle size distribution. The structure design eliminates the defects of generating fine powders.
