Our lyophilizer have a mature desien and are manufactured with world-recoenized guality materials and components. eanwhilethe lyophilizer adopts advanced high-tech technology and is in full compliance with cGMP standards . The lyophilizer consists ofhot and cold frame , chamber , retrigeration system , cooling system, vacuum buffer system, instrument control and satety interlock.

The use of national standard H-beams + I-beams + channel steel in combination, the strength of the box has been calculated by SW6 software strength meter and three-dimensional finite element stress analysis, which can fully ensure the safety of the lyophilization box during steam sterilization.

The box door is equipped with multiple pneumatic latch locks evenly distributed around it. Each pneumatic latch lock can be independently adjusted, and each is equipped with a feedback signal for opening and closing. The locks can be connected in interlock protection, ensuring the safety of steam sterilization of the box.

The plate layers undergo pressure and helium mass spectrometry leak tests both individually during production and as a whole during installation, effectively preventing the risk of plate layer leakage and ensuring long-term stable use of the plate layers.

The internal plate of the condenser is mirror-polished with Ra0.6, and the internal interface adopts 3D design without any dead corners for cleaning.
