Automatic capping machine

After the bottle cap is arranged by the capping machine, the caps facing upwards are continuously sent to the cap dropping track. The bottles sent from other equipment on the production line to the bottle feeding track enter the capping area. When the bottle is clamped by the bottle clamping device and moves forward, the cap is automatically placed on it. Before screwing on the cap, the cap pressing device first presses the cap to the pre-tightening state. Under the action of two pairs of high-speed rotating wear-resistant rubber wheels, the cap is tightly screwed onto the bottle body.
