Based on the Industrial Internet of Things and various digital, information and process analysis PAT technologies, the system assists pharmaceutical companies in achieving production planning and scheduling management, and standardized execution and traceability of production processes in terms of workshop, production line, and equipment unit, at the level of process steps, operations, and actions. The management scope of the system covers various personnel involved in the production process, equipment and instruments for production, quality and logistics, materials and warehousing, production process technology, environment, energy consumption, etc. The system can include characteristic modules such as the digital process module.This module can effectively improve the work efficiency and accuracy of production operators by more than 50%, and can record all data of the process steps in real-time at a second-level frequency based on the data integrity requirements. The process analysis and simulation module can analyze, mine, and apply process data of single or multiple batches, and generate simulated process design lines based on custom mathematical tools. Other optional modules include the AGV module for logistics automation and transportation, the three-dimensional warehouse and WMS module, the LIMS module for laboratory management, the equipment maintenance plan management module, and the production energy consumption statistics and AI energy-saving modules.
